A number of developers are preventing buyers from carrying out snagging inspections prior to legal completion. This means new home buyers are making an extremely important purchase without knowing whether their new home will be riddled with defects and once the money has been handed over it becomes a lot more difficult to get the property finished to standard within a reasonable time.
