In 2007 my wife and I purchased a new renovation from a Bristol builder.
Ever since we have had trouble with the drains including infestation of rats bad smells and blockages all this in a so called NEW drainage system under a new extension built by the builder. We have contacted the builders but they are not interested so we had an independant drain survey and CCTV completed on the 21/7/10 which revealed all sorts of problems due to poor instalation.
