The best parenting book I have read!I have never written a review before but I just felt I had to in this case, I got the book before Christmas as life was becoming unbearable with two sullen, snappy teenagers and I was feeling desperate. Well, I simply can’t believe the turnaround in the household since putting the book’s advice into practice. Penny Palmano is right, it’s not rocket science.
