 Rating: - The best book on leading and managing This book is superb. As a manager for over 10 years I still found this book to be very helpful in my role. The book keeps difficult topics as simple and clear as possible - with clear definitions on leadership and management, and practical examples and steps to take. I have tried out the steps on prioritising, developing powerful teams and streamlining - all effectively. Too many books waffle on and hinder more than they help. Not this title. I highly recommend this book to anyone in management, at all levels, and those aspiring to progress in their carreers. Well worth the money.
