 Rating: - Total stand-byI'm almost reluctant to discuss this classic resource book in public as I've kept it as a secret. It is generally well-known in the US but less well-known over here! I've been using it for nearly twenty years, and it has never ceased to dazzle students at all levels. I have to say my copy is very battered now, witness to the fact that I use it regularly. I am delighted to see there is an updated edition. Briefly, how it works: each major section on an aspect of OB is designed in the same way: to take the learner round Kolb's cycle through a series of articles, exercises, reflection and theories. I heartily recommend it - but use it carefully or it will become as well-known as the old BACIE exercises were!
