 Rating: - A great readThe book is about a girl called Misty who hears stories of strange goings on at a large mansion across from her aunts house and goes to investigate, quickly being drawn into a mystery that spans time itself. The story is great for all ages and draws you in quickly. This book really should be more well known than it is, once you've read it you won't want to part with it. Rating: - Great story for kids (or nostalgic adults like me!)I picked this up after recognising the characters on the cover from my childhood - and am so glad I did - I found the story to be a totally engrossing trip down memory lane. Although simple , the language used is of decent quality and appropriate for children and easy to follow. This book has made me want to rediscover all my childhood favourites. Highly recommended for people of all ages! Rating: - Wonderful StorytellingWhen living in England in the mid eighties I fully enjoyed the Television series and the book! Moondial was one of the first books that I fully read at a higher reading level. It was a wonderful story, one I wish I still possessed. Rating: - BrilliantI thought this book was brilliant. An excellent mystery story with a very good plot. Rating: - I thought it was very good , a real page-turner.It only took me about a week to read this book because I just couldn't put it down.I thought that the descriptions of the characters were very good and the content was well thought out.
