 Rating:  - Great readingGreat read, great info, great ideas. Watched this show on UK Style and must say that this is a great way to make some serious money. Forget your pension plans - I'd rec this book as a good read for all who want a safer financial future. Its already making me see that bricks and mortar are the new black! Rating: - far better than property ladderGot both books for Christmas and this one made far more sense than the Beany. Wish Id seen the TV show that went with this book. Property ladder was a bit obvious addressing stuff youd already know like 'tidy your house to get a good price' and so on but this seemed a lot more considered. Several friend have used this book and have made on their deals so I hope to follow suit and pocket a tidy profit. I like the case studies in the book particularly the one on the house in Brum as thats my stamping ground. Also liked the fact that this book addresses property values across the whole of Britain so it seems more relevant to the buying public than those that are London centric. Very glad to reccomend it to other would be DIY'ers. There is money out there to be made! Rating: - nice little earnerA great book and better than some of the others I have read on similar subjects. I read with interest this week that there is to be a long awaited second series of this show. I have done ok following the book and should perhaps have reported my gains over teh last while which have been good. Some of their ideas are a little posh for me bu the young men have some very sound advice for anyone wanting to buy property and make at the same time. I have just read this book and give it maybe 8 out of 10. I say thank you for the tips to the publisher. With much junky books on shelves this makes a change. Good advise in class room type simple terms though maybe one picture too many. I am very interested to make this my manual to make spondoolacs this year and shall report back. Good evening again.
