Although I have only spent several brief trips to the area I very quickly became aware that the information relating to the Almeria region and the Costa Almeria is seriously out of date, which makes anything that is said in the book to be suspect. I can't speak for the information on the other regions but for anyone looking at Almeria I would suggest that you look elsewhere for information. I know that I shall be throwing my copy of the book into the recycling bin.  Try searching the Internet for "The Complete Guide to Living and Working in Spain (Complete Guide To...)" or Ebay for "The Complete Guide to Living and Working in Spain (Complete Guide To...)".
