Not only does every recipe come with a photogrpah so you have an idea of what it should look like, but also Bill has extra comments in the margins about other items that would complement the dish or practical tips for that recipe. As for the recipes themselves they are easy and quick. This is an ideal cook book for anyone wishing to wean themselves and others off supermarket ready meals. Rating: - You can tatse the sunshine!I have been a die hard Delia Smith fan for many years, however have been trying Bill's books after seeing him on TV recently. Just as Delia's recipes taste homely and comforting, Bills tatse bright, fresh and vibrant. I love the combination of simple fresh ingredients, and have yet to find a recipe that is anything other than stunning. I would recommend this book for summer recipies whatever the weather.
