 Rating: - Great, but meant for larger gardens onlyThis is a really good book in that it explains exactly how to start a garden; either from scratch or improving on an existing one. It is in effect a short course in landscape architecture. But, it does not give much attention to smaller gardens. Because the problems you face planning a small garden are very different from the ones adressed here, I recommend you find a specialized book for that. If you have a large garden, this is ideal!
