 Rating: - Out of dateThis book lists a small number of cities/resorts world wide where prices are expected to rise. The main problem is that the information is several years old (printed in 2005). There is no real background info on the country and no analysis of why the areas recommended would be a good buy. Given this and the fact the recommendations are so old the book is of little to no value. I've read a number of other books of this type and would recommend any of them over this one.
