I had been asked to do some research by my boss and I hadn't got a clue where to start. This book really helped me get started. It helped me to think about my research before I rushed in which I think was invaluable advice. It also helped me to understand what research was all about - all the different methods available. I think the book is well-written and very clear. I also think technical aspects have been handled well. The author seems to know her stuff and presents it in an interesting way which kept me interested. I would certainly recommend this book to others. I found it extremely informative and will certainly refer to it often.
