 Rating: - The best in its classProbably the best introductory accounting book in its class; AS-level/BTEC/NVQ. It would provide a good foundation for students on higher level courses. It is well written and has a clear, user-friendly format. The extended and fully worked case studies are excellent. Worth buying even if it is not your recommended text. Rating: - My favourite book on accountingThis book is the best I've found on accounting. I am studying for an NVQ at my local college and was struggling with the recommended textbooks, but this has made things a lot clearer. It is written in a really easy to understand style, and has plenty of questions after each chapter. This is suitable for a complete beginner like me but I am sure it will take me through my entire course because it moves on to more complex accounting concepts. Brilliant! Rating: - A boring subject made interesting - fantastic!An invaluable text for anybody wishing to study accounts for qualifications and more importantly for up to date practical use in the real world. An easy to understand book with many examples to work through which helps the complete beginner get to grips with a perceived complex subject.
