 Rating:  - Not a Quick FixIf you expect to listen a couple of times and miraculously feel you are the most marvellous person in the world, forget it. However, if you listen regularly and follow Glenn's instructions, you will get results. I have been using this cd for 2 weeks now, I am so much happier and positive, even my colleagues at work have commented. It is worth listening, just for the feeling of total relaxation that you can achieve (with very little effort). Rating:  - Didn't do it for meAlthough this CD seems to helped a lot of people, it really hasn't had the same effect with me. The tracks obviously try to get you into some kind of hypnotised state in order to heighten the effectiveness of the positive suggestions. At no point did I feel hypnotised or any more relaxed than I would do just lying down. I found the fact that the track is trying to hypnotise you coupled with the fact that I didn't feel hypnotised made me annoyed that I somehow wasn't getting it, and subsequently made less relaxed. This has made me not want to listen to the tracks, so I have stopped. I think what I am trying to say is that although many people seem to have got great benefits from the CD, it may not do so for you. Rating:  - An early feedback from an ADHD perspectiveThis review must be treated from the perspective of someone who suffers from attention difficulties. When listening to the combination of relaxing music and singing, in place of my normal meditation, each time Glenn's voice intrudes, it jars, dragging my focus away from the music/singing. I stress again that this is from an ADHD perspective, where everyday noises are accentuated and can intensely irritate. So the effect, before I could listen no longer, was to make me feel very unsettled. I had hoped that the CD was a mixture of gentle music and subliminal messages. Additionally, the ADHD mind, or at least my mind, is impatient with slow sequences of messages, especially the tortuously slow and predictable countdown to 1. I personally rate it 1 star so far for these reasons, but give it 3 stars simply because I have not listened enough to realise full benefits - I may not be capable of tolerating it long enough to do so! Rating: - WOWI had been going through alot of pain in my life recently which greatly affected my self esteem. I didn't take care of myself, I didn't want to work and took absolutely no pleasure in anything. After just two sessions listening to the cd I have felt the best I have in years. I work alot harder, I play just as hard and enjoy life. I'm happy as a lark! The accent wasn't such an issue for me and I'm American! You have to trust in the voice though and allow yourself to be completely relaxed. Some people may have a problem with this as hypnotism is still, regretfully, viewed with a lot of skepticism and fear. There is absolutely nothing to be afraid of though. Lose yourself in it and you'll come out feeling completely refreshed and energized. I kid you not, this CD will transform your life for the better! Glenn Harold is an absolute legend! Rating: - A Very Pleasent VoiceGlen Harold has been a god send,I have read some negative remarks about his voice,After a couple of times listening to the CD as i did you will find his voice very soothing,He has the ability to change all of our lifes...
