 Rating: - Another easy to read guide...I read somewhere that this book was for the person that had already invested in property. I have yet to make my first purchase and am reading up on the subject before trying to convince my wife to free up some equity in our home! This book gives advice on the "Seven Pillars" with easy to understand language, examples and practical advice. As with the other books by Ajay that I have (Bible and Beat the clock) there is repetition, but as a novice investor anything that drives home his points is welcome. On it's own I think it is lacking a certain something, but in conjunction with the other books by him and others it finds it's place and I think it will be a core text when I do eventually start purchasing properties.
