But having just spent 12 months on Simon Zutshi's Property Mastermind course and building a Property Portfolio from £133,000 to over £2 MILLION with a positive monthly cash flow and a salary of over £50k pa. If his book is only 50% as good as his course then I would recommend it to EVERYONE SERIOUS about building a property portfolio. I can't wait to read this book and pick up the bits I may have missed along the way!!!! Once you start you just want to read it all through to ensure that you know everything in the book. I met Simon Zutshi several months ago when he was presenting at a 2 day property seminar I was attending, and was very impressed with his level of knowledge, expertise and presentation skills. I want another copy to lend to friends to show them the benefits of correct property investing - which Simon espouses. I have to admit that I have yet to finish the book, However, I have met Simon Zutshi many times and have first hand experience of his methods.
