 Rating: - A Truly Disturbing MovieI saw this on TV years ago, but to this day it unsettles me to think about it. The premise is a small-town community who slowly lose all human restraint due to the effects of a microscopic amount of some sort of military nerve agent, secretly stored underground in the hills above the town, that leeches into their food supply due to an earthquake. Some people will find a few of the scenes surreal and disturbing, and they certainly remain etched in my memory nearly 20 years on. It also raises interesting questions about what humans are capable of if conscience and self-control are eroded. Definitely worth watching.
