 Rating:  - good but lasted 2.5 yearsdecent product, easy to use. Wasnt as quick as claimed and I dont put much in. element went after 2.5 years. I think they should last longer. Try another make. Rating:  - ExcellentI really love it! The most important for me that it evacuates fat when cooking chicken or minced meat. And I wash it in my washing-machine - no problems at all!!! Totally brilliant xxx Rating: - Top ProductI bought this steamer based solely on the positive customer reviews that it has and I have to say that it is a fabulous steamer. Veg has never tasted so good and this steamer is both efficient and easy to clean and great stacking order for compact and easy storage. It is well designed and I think the price is an absolute bargain considering the amount of elecricity it is saving me. Rating:  - Not the best, but good value for moneyThis is the second steamer that I have had and it is very sturdy, I also like the fact that it has a separator for doing multiple veg in the same tray. My criticism would be however, that it does not stack quite as neatly as the Tefal models that I have owned and seen previously and the lid handle is not flat so you are not able to rest the trays onto the lid (to collect the water that drains from the trays) whilst dishing up the food. Both minor points, but have made life slightly more difficult for me than the previous Tefal model I had before.
