 Rating: - Great Bit of KitI first saw this at Good Food show where the demonstrator did the Bamix signature trick of turning skimmed milk into the consistency whipped cream, which is pretty impressive. I do not do that trick too often myslf but I do use my Bamix all the time and am always finding new uses for it. It is really easy to operate and, afterwards, can be cleaned up in seconds. Not the cheapest blender you can buy but this is a Swiss blender and, like a Swiss watch, you are paying for quality. Just a great bit of kit that does its (many) jobs supremely well. New colours look very cool - just a shame that my plain white one is unlikely to ever break down and need replacing!
