 Rating:  - Faulty non stick coatingHave puchased several pans in the same range. On all of them the non stick coating has begun to come off. Have used them acording to the instructions and washed them carefully. Very disappointed because we expected the price of the items to be reflected in the quality. Other reviews say a similar thing, so do not want a replacement and will be seeking a refund from Tefal. Rating: - Very disappointing over the long termThis pan was an absolute joy to use...for the first 4-6 months. It was about then that I noticed the coating starting to discolor. Within 12 months it was unusable with the teflon severely discolored and peeling. I took it back to the retailer (David Jones in oz), they assessed it, noted it was defective and replaced it with a brand new pan. Lovely I thought. Alas, 12 months later I am in the same position with a 'faulty' pan. Note that I have carefully followed the caring instructions and have been careful to not over heat the pan. For the price this has been a very disappointing purchase. My next pan will be a Calphalon or similar standard product. Rating:  - Not badExcellent pan for frying, I use it for risotto's all the time and it is truly fantastic, but don't ever use metal utensils even though it says you can because believe me they do cause damage to the surface. The price you are paying is for Jamie's name, although this is a good pan I would not buy another one of the series. Check out other pans of a similar price and try them instead. Sadly dissapointed as I am a big fan of Jamie's.
