 Rating: - Tefal Customer ServicesI had been using one of these pans for about 14 months when I had problem with the non-stick peeling off. I took it back to the retailer who wasn't interested because it was over a year old; they did, however agree to pass it on to Tefal. Having heard nothing for a month I e-mailed Tefal customer services with a scanned copy of the receipt from the shop for the returned pan. They phoned back less than 5 minutes after I had sent the message! They had no knowledge of my pan but after establishing my bona fides they agreed to send a replacement and it arrived a few days later. The pan is therefore a 5* item despite my problem with it because it is supported by excellent customer services. (It's also a great pan to use!) Rating: - Buy one, you won't regret itI bought this as a birthday present for my partner 18 months ago. It's great to use (though very heavy). Its dead easy to wash - no scourer necessary even for "cooked on" food. The handle stays cool enough to be able to pick up even after long slow cooks (the handle on the lid does tend to get very hot). Worth every penny. This pan is never clean in our house. As soon as it's been washed up, its on the go again. How did I manage without it?? Rating: - good value investment!I am always very cynical about celebrity endorsed products as they are invariably over-priced and badly designed. However, I am delighted to say that this has proved to be the exception. Having done a great deal of research,I bought this item online because the price was so good compared to the shops.So far it has been an absolute dream to use. It heats up quickly,cooks evenly and is deep enough to prevent the contents slopping over the sides when stirring. The handle is comfortable, the lid fits tightly and so far it has not discoloured and still looks as good as new. It is so easy to clean and it can go in the dishwasher,what more could you want! I shall certainly be buying other items from the range.
