It has some nice features such as the 3 extra levels of lift for small pieces of bread - no more sticking your knife in to fish bread out! :o lol The defrost function is useful too. Rating:  - Not a great toastPleasing to look at, OK build, easy to use. However, stripy toast, cooks one side more than the other. QED, fails as a toaster.
