 Rating:  - Should have bought one ages ago, it's greatPurchased this device a month or so ago and have only just got around to setting it up. Got a little stuck within the first 5 mins. as we were missing the user manual but contacted the seller and he promptly sent it over in a PDF. You need to make sure you have your current phone user manual too but all in all it's pretty straight forward. The signal is not brilliant if you want to go walking round the garden but for what I want it for it's perfect. Can rabbit away and still get on with some chores, i.e. cooking or washing up so no more time wasting when I'm catching up with people. A brilliant piece of kit! Rating: - Problems with hands? Look no furtherThis piece of kit is brilliant if you have motor problems with your hands. I find holding a phone for any length of time a real problem, but this has transformed my phone conversations. I no longer have to keep swapping hands, accidentally pressing buttons, and trying (usually unsuccessfully) to balance new style phones between chin and shoulder is just impossible. The option of using it with different size ear pieces or the headband makes it supremely comfortable, and it's very lightweight and easy to adjust. Easy to set up in the first place too...I love it. Rating:  - Don't buy a Uniband HeadbandJust bought the headset and it seems a great product but as suggested, I bought a Uniband Headband. Anyone else should not bother as the headset already comes with the headband included. Rating: - Great gadget, but beware of its operating rangeI quite like this headset, but I find that it reaches its maximum operating distance at less than 20 feet from the base. Admittedly, there are a couple of brick walls and a brick chimney (also an empty corridor, mind you) in between the base and the headset when communication fails, but still its range is frankly disappointing considering I use it exclusively within a small flat, no garden. I wouldn't, however, return the set on this basis alone, but this problem will render it unusable for some. Another minor disadvantage is that making calls involves dialling from the handset and then transferring the call to the headset: a bit of a palaver, depending on how many calls one makes. On the plus side, it is light, comfortable and the sound quality is sufficient. Recommended, but beware of its operating range! Rating: - FANTASTIC If you are spend a lot of time on your phoneThis is the BEST cordless headset available in the market (SADLY NOT WIDELY ADVERTISED). Good 50-75 metres range in a two storey house and VERY SIMPLE TO USE. It will transform your life and will leave you wondering WHY you did not buy this NECK SAVING GADGET years ago !!!! The earpiece volume is good and mic supresses background noise well and the set is very light. £65-£70 is a very good price for this fantastic headset !!!! You need (to BUY additionally or HAVE) at least ONE DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) handset for this to connect with (its mate). This will be equivalent to your Mobile (Cell) Phone communicating with your handsfree via the Blutooth technology. Note- The Bluetooth system does not work with your home phones in a simple way as the DECT ! You can also use your old cordless (Non-DECT) handsets as additional sets to make a call and use your Plantronics C65 headset at the same time without having to transfer the call like you HAVE TO with its DECT handset. SO your old handsets will still be in play as additional handsets BUT you NEED at least one DECT HANDSET PHONE. You will find DECT handset above or in your local catalogues. NOW go ahead and BUY this wonderful Gadget and your neck and hands will thank you for years to come. You can do all other work at home or in your office with one hand (side of neck)free of a handset.
