 Rating:  - Awesome speakers for the price.All those people on the one star reviews go on about there being (too much) bass. Surely that's the REASON you buy a 2.1 speaker set!? Used to have Logitech R20s, bit awful tbh, the bass was pitiful despite the sub and the sound was muddy overall. Got these and I rediscovered all my music! The bass is superb and never distorts unless you mess with EQ settings, in which case you are a fool! Turning the subwoofer volume to minimum doesn't turn it off, though why you'd want to is beyond me, music is meant to be listened to with all frequencies present rather than just mid-highs. I play a lot of games, namely ones with gunshots and explosions, those who play Counter Strike will love the deagle; sounds like a mini nuke! When it comes to music these speakers are great, metal sounds so much more agressive and electronic music is heard as originally intended, lots of bass! My parents detest these things due to the subwoofer, so I think it does the job rather well! Overall, EXCELLENT. Point to note, there's nothing to say which sattelite is which, the one with the volume control and all the cables out of it is the one that goes on the right. This system produces the sound as good as the speaker costing 5times more than the price I have paid. If you are in the market for computer speaker go for this one, you will not be disappointed. Rating: - Superb sound quality! And affordable.I received this speaker system about two hours ago and felt compelled to extoll it's virtues! The sound quality is amazing for such a compact system. Crisp, clear and a lot of bass if you can handle it! The other 349 almost entirely positive reviews of this product heavily influenced my buy and I must agree with a lot of what has been written. This multimedia speaker system is very much worth the money asked. Rating: - Unbeatable power at an incredible price.I bought this set of speakers from the Used and New section for about £20, to replace my cobweb-encrusted 8 year old speakers that didn't do my music justice! To be fair, anything would beat the speakers that I used to own, but I was still impressed at the incredible improvement in quality. Suddenly, songs that sounded lacking before, had now developed a bass line! As a regular music listener, I wish I'd bought these sooner. Controvertially, I do not think the bass on these speakers are too loud- they sound just right most of the time, although sometimes it is a little overpowering (on some more modern tracks). They are never, ever underpowering. The speakers themselves look gorgeous and nicely complement any PC equipment you already own. They are so easy to setup as well! I was expecting to have to install some drivers and some software, rearrange the layout of all of my connections at the back of the PC, and even then have problems getting them to work... but this is far from the case. Simply plug into the speaker port on your PC and you have instant sound! I would recommend buying these brand new from Amazon themselves, however. The company that I bought mine from had not packaged the speakers very safely and when the speakers arrived there was an odd rattling sound inside the subwoofer when you pick it up, as though something has come loose. Thankfully the speakers work fine, but it is not a risk I would like to take again for the sake of £8. Rating: - The value for money speakers you will findi just got these today and i am amazed with the quality. These speakers were way above my expectations. My trust in logitech continues!!! i was in doubt when i was buying these speakers, if you are like me then i urge that you buy in confidence!!
