The clicking noise that happens when you push the (large!) buttons reassures you that you have actually pushed it sufficiently. The zero-ing facility is great because you don't need to be a mathematician when adding the ingredients successively. It has a very easy wipe-clean surface and nowhere for flour and other foodstuffs to encrust. The only negative point is the tiny lettering that tells you whether you are weighing in Kg or lbs.
