Rating: - Best on the marketThis product is of course fairly cheep and the fact that it charges the Ipod too is great, I bought this product for my girlfriend after a previous one i bought her was shockingly bad and physically came apart after a few weeks, the ITrip auto however is well made, has a good FM signal (we have never had to change the frequency) and a good range (as I was following her car to the garage about 20 meters behind I was able to reasonably pick up what she was listening to from my car) in all a really great buy and if this doesn't work you will most likely need to get away from the transmitters and plug your ipod direct Rating:  - Dissapointing little numberHaving studied previous reviews of this and similar products, I decided to spend my money on the Grifin iTrip. What a waste of money this has turned out to be. Maybe I have a bad one but there is a constant high piched whine accompanying anything that is being played, the sound quality is punctuated with hiss, crackle and pop (new breakfast cereal) and despite using all of the provided pre set frequencies and a lot of my own, the problem does not go away. I can't blame the system in the car as it has always functioned superbly prior to this. However i didnt realise that some ciggarette lighters are bigger than others and when i bought my new car the itrip struggled to saty in and produce a frequency. now one of my mates has to hold it while we are driving or when im alone i have to try and stick it to my dashboard to keep a signal. A minor setback but one that i can certainly live with as it charges your ipod while you drive.
