 Rating: - Smart, very smart indeedWhat a fabulous little piece of kit this is! New knockdown price of £45 makes it a bargain! Follow the instructions, install software first before connecting the Zen to the PC, and once it is connected leave it there until the battery full sign appears (all explained in the instruction manual). The accompanying software is excellent, and the sync manager is a great time saver, although that does bring me to my only negative point - 2GB simply isn't enough for your average music collection. So, you have to be selective about what you put on it - I only managed to get 456 MP3 tracks onto it alongside the pre-installed stuff...... So small it will easily fit into even the tightest pocket, reputed to have great battery life, lovely sound, easy user interface, excellent supporting software, no daft Chinglish instructions - brilliant! Rating:  - ok at first then froze Chose another modelthis is my first review ever so this shows you I am bothered enough to tell others. I have brought the 1MB (not video) for my other half as a gift, that was really good so I decided to buy this on the strenght of that. What a disappointment it froze and had to go back - I did get a complete refund so global digital get marks there, but you never get the postage back which amounts to over £7.00. oh well! Beware don't get this model Rating:  - I think it's FabbyI bought this MP3 player a week ago. I am really pleased with it. It is easy to use ( for me to say that it must be easy). The instructions are not very good but I found some good advice about its functions on the internet. I love the fact that you can bookmark and fast forward and rewind. Rating: - The Best Player In The World For So Many Reason!I bought this player a year ago. It has to be the most brilliant player on the market. My player has been through a 40 degrees wash when i left it in my pocket. I emailed Creative and they gave me a patch to load onto it that made it work again. It works perfectly! The headphones it comes with aren't the best but they aren't bad! It plays video, has a radio and everything. Not good for watchin movies on but hey! I love it. If you want a big screened player with what this player has and more get a 4GB or 2GB Veho Mii for only £40!!! It is another brilliant player at a low price! Rating:  - Audible but not greatI subscribe to Audible and for a long time I refused to be forced to buy one of their compatible mp3 players. Eventually I succumbed and bought the 4Gb Zen V Plus. At first I was impressed. It is easy to use and played Audible files. Of course you have to download it through Media Player. I only found this out when I tried to download from Audible software. the response was "Ooops didn't we tell you this model isn't completely compatible...Sorry". They blame Creative for not updating their firmware and after viewing their site I could beleive it. Yes it plays the files but it often crashes. The bookmarks aren't reliable as it often crashes and sends you back to the beginning of the book. Not good when you have already heard the first 4 hours and the seek option is slow and may not work either. All I can do now is hope that Creative get their act together and update the firmware for this model. So if you are thinking about getting this for Audible files check out Audible's website before you buy.
