 Rating: - Jamie has made Christmas ... Pleasant!!! After a disastrous Christmas Dinner back in 2005 I went online and searched and found Jamie Oliver's Christmas DVD, WOW!!!! and I mean WOW!!! Jamie tells it as it is, shows you how to prep for Chrimbo dinner on Chrimbo Eve! and explains everything in visual form, you also get cards for every stage of the meal, I cannot thank Jamie enough for this DVD. I am a former British Squaddie so cooking was never my speciality, I now feel like I can actually 'cook' thanks to jamie and his DVD's/Books and especially his Chrimbo Special... If you want a relaxing Christmas with Great Food then buy it... It is Great!!!!! Update: Christmas just passed was Marvellous! everything was prepared the day before, I even managed to get a very nice turkey beforehand thanks to Jamie's advice of buying in early; Christmas Day arrived and I simply took the ready made parts of the meal out of the fridge as and when needed and in accordance with Mr. Oliver's 'plan' it worked an absolute treat, the turkey couldn't have looked better, lovely gravy, the different styles of Veg turned out perfect, the only downside was I should have laminated the cards that come with the DVD as they were spread out on the kitchen surface and got a tadge steamed up!
