 Rating: - Poor performanceI wouldn't buy this unless you are on a very limited budget. There's nothing hugely wrong with it - it's just not that good. You get what you pay for and for circa £40.00 it should be no surprise that the performance is poor. Suction is week. On hard floors you can get away with this to a degree, but even on short carpet it struggles. The power cord is short. The capacity isn't huge, but it's not too bad especially if you are in a smallish flat with hard floors. Build quality is OK, but the wheels are plastic and don't tend to "roll" very well on most floors. It looks reasonably stylish, but that's the best thing about this appliance and for a vacuum cleaner, good looks and poor performance are not really what you want. I think Kenwood are decent with certain items, but they need to buck their ideas up a bit with vacuum cleaners I think, if this is anything to go by. I have had mine for a year, and am now upgrading to a dyson. They appear to be temperamental, but everyone seems to agree that they are very powerful and that's really all I want - to suck up as much dust as possible. Rating: - Worst product EVER!Not even worth one star. This is by the far the worst product I have ever encountered. I spend up to 10 minutes trying to vacuum one spot and end up having to pick up lint up by hand. The suction is nonexistent, the vacuum is always falling over, the hose split and it seems to run really hot heating up the entire room. The overall quality of the vacuum is the worst I have ever encountered. If you're on a budget you'd be better off using a lint brush! Rating: - awfulI wish I'd seen these reviews prior to buying this product. It is a truly awful vacuum. Avoid at all costs. Rating: - UselessI fully endorse the previous reviews. This is the worse cleaner I have ever owned. After doing away with most of the carpets in the house I thought a cheaper vacuum cleaner would cope adequately with wood floors. I was wrong. Very weak suction, a cord that won't reach anywhere and an unstable design are the 3 obvious faults. It's the first bagless I've owned so can't compare with others but the muck sticks to the filters like glue and I find I choke brushing it all off into the dustbin. It's going now - I'm researching a replacement. Rating: - One star for the looks!This is a terrible vacuum cleaner. I have just moved to my first flat and money is tight so I thought this would be good value for money. I know 'KENWOOD' as a decent brand, but not for vacuum cleaners obviously. I wanted to scream when I discovered that the suction was very very weak. The only good thing is the design. I'm now saving up for a Dyson.
