 Rating: - Very enjoyableI have just recently bought this DVD having been a fan of Billy's DVDs for years. He is as usual very energetic and very encouraging, which keeps you going. Very similar to his other DVDs he takes you through the new combinations at a slow pace then pumps it up to workout tempo. One of the combinations still makes me fall over my feet but it is only my second time! I do find that I am anxious to get back to using this DVD but I think that if you are extremely fit, you may find this a little too easy. Only one thing gets on my nerves and that is the constant interference by Shellie, maybe touching Billy is supposed to be some signal of the next move but it is quite annoying. As long as you can ignore that it is still a very good DVD and I would recommend it for intermediates. Rating: - Great workoutI bought this dvd along with the celebrity cardio one in January of this year and have been interchanging between the two of them; working out 3 times a week. I have all of the tae bo dvds and these were really good. You really feel like you have been working out - not in a "NO PAIN NO GAIN " way but in a results way. Since Jan, I have lost 2 stone and am still losing weight. My fitness levels are amazing, the best they have ever been! I had my 3rd baby in April of 07 and had the most weight to lose; but i am finally getting there...with the help of these amazing dvds. Seriously, try them!! Rating:  - Work it work it, you can do it, move it baby, celebrity body!!This DVD is superb. Not only does Billy motivate you to work hard to sculpt your limbs, he raps and bops as well! He loves doing this work out, his group enjoys it too and so will you. I was smiling like a Cheshire cat after I had completed the work out because I had really enjoyed the last 40 minutes. I can't wait to do it again. The music is modern, fresh as well as funky and the choreography fabulous. As well as working up a sweat with the cardio moves which include jumping jacks, lots of kicks and punches, static moves are also included to sculpt the abdominal muscles, arms, thighs and buttocks. The moves are also designed to increase your flexibility so you get an all round thorough body workout. I would say this would suit someone who is moderately fit but if you are new to fitness/Taebo, give it a go and just do what you can. Billy Blanks is the best personal trainer on the planet and when you do this work out, you will understand why. Rating: - AngmI brought this DVD a month ago and have found it an excellent half hour of a workout, I have all the Billy Blanks fitness DVDS and have been working out to them for many years (saves a forturne on gymn memberships) this is a really good cardiovascular workout plenty of punches kicks and and some new routines which helps you think abit more.
