 Rating:  - Needed but not worth the money!!!!Although I don't have this controller, I just thought I'd point out that I found this same controller in HMV for under £20 and it wasn't in the january sale. Rating: - RIP OFF AMAZON !!!!!!!!!Ahhh why is this exact same remote being sold on amazon.com for $19.99, £12ish with the current exchange rate. Really £27 difference, ahh ok. Rating:  - PS3 DVD/BD Bluetooth Remote ControlAn excellent controller. You would need this if you use your PS3 as your main/only DVD/BD player for this reason; if anyone who doesn't know how to use the standard sixaxis/dualshock3 controller wants to watch something. I'm not sure why people are complaining that you have to register the item with their PS3? It's not rocket science, and it only takes a few seconds. Also not sure why someone is comparing it to a 360 remote? Smacks of 360 fanboy syndrome! Grow up. To cap: Perfectly good controller, battery life is long as there are no backlit screens or LED's to power (all my other remote controllers don't have lights either, so i don't care much). Plus, with the new firmware updates, your PS3 WILL remember where you left off in a film. Rating:  - Stop-button distressWorks OK, but I'm hugely irritated by one thing: while the button which takes you to the game console menu politely asks you if you really want to stop playback, the Stop button (the one with a square on it) simply stops it, no going back. If you press it, then you have to start the player up again, you have to sit through *all* the menus and disclaimers and warnings, language selections, logos, graphics candy and general BS, and *then* you have to navigate to the last place you played, because the machine does not remember it (why not, Sony? My DVD player remembers). *And* the Stop button is right between the Play and the Pause buttons! I've pressed it several times by accident. Rating:  - 1 Fault, make this the worlds most annoying remote control.The remote works just as the other reviews describe very well, the thing is i live in a chaotic mess and if you press any button and i mean any button, it turns the ps3 on, regardless of where it is in the room, as its blue tooth. The amount of times ive returned from work to find the ps3 on is amazing, some times i turn it off more than once a day in fact i hardly ever use it and its run out of battery's the amount of times its turned the thing on. The battery's are going to stay uncharged. Its so ridicules that they give you a special remote control cover with the play tv to stop it happening. if you have the cover or some special wall mounted holder fine but if you have a young family and dont, be warned. only an fool would buy a blue tooth remote control with 45 on buttons. P.S the signal gos strait through the special box i put all the remote controls in.
