It comes supplied with a soft carry case and small tripod - although it is a standard fitting so other tripods can be used. My only real criticism is that the focus ring isn't very free and can therefore shake the scope slightly while trying to focus on objects over a greater distance (even when using a tripod). However if you're just looking for a budget spotting scope this will work nicely. Although the lenses are not of the highest quality and are not coated, it is perfectly adequate and provides a clear view even at the longest range. I personally bought this scope for spotting arrows at long distances during target archery - for my first use of the scope I had it pointed at a target 90m away and was able to easily spot the ends of my arrows, which are less than a centimeter in diameter.
