 Rating: - cheap but definitely not cheerfulWe purchased this kettle and toaster combo as we felt Russell Hobbs was a name you could trust. The design seemed modern and did exactly what we wanted. However, after a couple of months the toaster started to not release the toast and we ended up burning toast every time we used it. The light system is also hard to read. Then the kettle, scaled up very quickly and burns your hand when pouring. It has also started to leak. All in all it has been the worst purchase we have ever made and now we're on the lookout again for alternative.
