 Rating:  - what a load of rubbish and after sales serviceBought this hoover as I have 2 dogs. The hoover is great but only if you use the booster head. the booster head packed up within a week. Called Russell hobbs they said they would send one out immediately. I called 2 weeks later they said the head would not be available until the 15th jan. So six weeks later and still no head replacement. I am now requesting a refund. Other negatives are you do 1 room and the whole of the dust compartment is full. I would really not buy this hoover as there are much better ones available on the market. Rating: - Waste of moneyBought this product hoping for a great vacuum cleaner..... within a month blew up!!!!! Was useless with dog and cat hairs......wouldn't go near same product again Rating: - Not Up to it...The filter blocked within doing a couple of rooms! and the turbo brush stopped working. The went over the same area with my old dc03 dyson and it picked up half a cylinder of fluff. Returned for a refund. Don't know why I bothered to order it. Rating:  - ok.....butok....but wish I'd read the reviews before buying! The cleaner looks great, sounds like a jet engine but i can cope with that. The brush heads are clunky and yes you guessed it the filter clogs up and needs to be cleared. Having said that its a pretty simple wash under the tap and you get a spare so theres time to dry it out before re-using. Its ok, but there are probably better options. Rating:  - Its the dogs b****I bought a new vac cos we recently got some cats and the old Hoover wasn't measuring up to the fluff deposits on the furniture. I chose this one cos I liked the fun look to it and it was marketed as a pet specialist. I absolutely love it, it goes way beyond my expectations. I am no domestic goddess but I can't stop hoovering, cos its actually enjoyable. There are 2 brushes, a turbo one for weekly deep cleans and a 'daily' one. The turbo brush is superb and I have never seen my rugs and carpets look so clean. You do have to do a cursory surface vac over with the little nozzle to pick up long hair (I have long hair and apparantly shed more than the cats!!) It gets wound round turbo brush and needs to be cleaned out as you go otherwise. The bagless cylinder is easy to empty and its great to be free from fussy bags. Its light and easy to carry around to do stairs etc and when you are vacuuming across a room it rolls happily along after you like an obedient dalmation. I have called mine 'Spot', and the cats are jealous. The long attachment is extendable and easily slides up and down so no more backache bending over. And whats more the hose part will attach to the back when its standing up for storage and it tucks away neatly. Love it, don't know how I've lived without it!
