Rating: - excellent ear phones for the priceThis is my second pair of creative earphones as i think the sound quality is excellent for the price.(£3.99 fom mbocho amazon marketplace).just ensure you fit them in your ear correctly. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time(over 8 hours on a long haul flight)The only negative thing is the cable is weak at the headphone jack and can be damaged. My first pair lost sound in the left speaker after 2 years use 5 days a week and removing earphone from player everytime.Just be more careful than me with the cable and you wont have to pay £4 every 2 year.I still recommend these earphones even with the cable problem Rating: - Good sound, poor build quality, loud handling/cable noiseI bought these earphones on the strength of the review below - and by the way, the tip about how to put the earphones in properly really helped. That & making sure you have the right size earpieces. Great sound quality (and i'm really picky because i'm a musician), nice strong bass response, and a pretty efficient speaker in the earphone. All in all, I liked it. Oh, and 3 different sized buds to find the best one for you are included. However, they didn't last too long as one of the earpieces fell apart where the metal band joins the speaker of the earpiece onto the back end of the earpiece where it meets the wire. To me, this smacks of poor design. A one-section earpiece would not have split in two like this. My other complaint is that there is a high handling noise whenever I touch the cable. It's fine if you're just lying there, not moving, or have loud music on, but not otherwise. A similar pair of Sony earphones had a cable shaped like a small y, rather than a capital Y that these are (if you see what I mean), and therefore had strain relief for the earpiece & cable coming off the main cable. This meant handling noise was much reduced. For the money, I can't complain. Good sound quality, and as long as you don't mind the handling noise, they'll do you well. Rating: - AmazingI've never really bothered much with sound quality or bass, never having experienced it I didn't really know what all the fuss was about. Well, that all changed when I bought these headphones. The bass is simply amazing. You don't hear it as much as you feel it, gently vibrating inside your head. The noise isolation is great; no one can whine at me to turn my music down when I'm at the computer. I wouldn't recommend wearing them when walking about outside by yourself; you will miss hazards like speeding cars honking their horns. I bought them at £5 and I can only say that I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again. I did have to fiddle about a bit to get the right bud size. My advise is to actually try all three sizes before just settling on one, assuming that it is right. Give a song a proper listen a few times before trying the next size. You won't regret buying these (Y) Rating: - Such good value for moneySo happy with these, the sound quality and bass response stomps all over the basic Apple earphones. In fact the bass is so strong that I needed to change my settings from bass boost to treble boost. The in ear design is so useful for listening on the tube, as it blocks out background noise I can almost halve the volume of my iPod, which is so much better for my ears. If you're looking to upgrade from freebie iPod earphones but can't afford to buy top of the range ones, then I'd say these are perfect. Rating: - Hmmm - Pretty goodI was excited waiting for the arrival of these headphones to replace my Sony ones which are halfway between this and standard type earphones. I am fairly impressed, however the sound quality isn't as good as I thought it would be. I might be doing it wrong, but I'll keep trying the medium and small sized buds, they seem to fit ocay with the medium ones. For £8 - yes, buy these if you only have standard earphones. I am not 100% happy though **EDIT** I have now tried them again since, they get very good very clear sound - better than I've heard from any other headphone set, however I find them too uncomfortable. Great price though - but they may not be for everyone. Go back to: Creative Labs EP-630/A Earphones You might also be interested in the following great products:
