 Rating:  - Nothing magic hereHaving briefly read through the book I am sending it back. It is very basic and out of date. He could have focused on good solid strategies that are timeless. I have yet to see Simon talk, but I do look forward to it as I have heard and read a lot about him. Just thought the book was a bit thin, literally and figuratively. Rating:  - No Magic HereI keep hearing how great Simon is. He might be, but this book hardly reveals anything about profiting from property, except, "Come on my course to find out". Glad I got it through the library.
