Leaks ! everytime it rains - 2008/03/06 14:49 We have had a leak coming through the wall in the kitchen for over a year now. It took Persimmon a whole year before they finally took some action to fix it. In that year we battled with Persimmon customer service to get this work done, we had about 20 different work men out, who had no idea of where the leak was coming from. That was back in December 07, we are now in March and have had the wall opened up three times to date, every time they come to fix it they have found the problem and, the next time it rains in comes the leak.

Now we have six leaks in total, we have water coming in the back door, the wall in the utility room, the bathroom window, bedroom window, the cooker hood in the kitchen and the one above the kitchen window.

We are now going to take leak action, but have no idea of where to start. If possible could someone give us any tips on how to go about ding this?
