Snag snag snag. Is there nothing but snagging when you get building work done? The kitchen guy is here but he can’t do everything today; he hasn’t got time (he’s replacing the guy that called in with a bad back apparently), and he’s confused about whose responsibility it is to wire-in the hob and the oven.
