Well it is about time we embraced all things web 2.0 and have set up various social media profiles to help raise awareness of snagging issues and the lack of consumer rights when buying a new build home. Even some of the builders are starting to use these tool which is a sure sign that we are behind the times. Anyway, here they are:

Dear Mark,
We have been trying to get in touch regarding the house we bought from Bryants several years ago, which we found not to have been inspected for building regulation compliance, and which, is in an appalling state. All, or most, of our correspondence has been conducted through our constituency MP [to various bodies inc. Council, DCLG, FOS, NHBC etc.], and is authentic.
