Nice one Tony. Keep up the good work. Have you thought about a Youtube channel too.

The only sign of the builders getting involved with this stuff is Miller Homes.

Lots of patting themselves on the back – I don’t think they get it.

@JS Thanks – yes I will think about setting up Youtube channel.

@Miller – I suppose the others are concentrating on putting right snagging defects.

I am writing a piece about defects in properties built by Brant Homes (now owned by Tatylor Wimpey). If you have had problems with defects in Bryant Homes, whether within the 10-year guarantee period, or outside it I wo;uld be very interested to hear from you.

My e-mail is above and you can phone me on 0207-782-7619.

Dear Mark,
We have been trying to get in touch regarding the house we bought from Bryants several years ago, which we found not to have been inspected for building regulation compliance, and which, is in an appalling state. All, or most, of our correspondence has been conducted through our constituency MP [to various bodies inc. Council, DCLG, FOS, NHBC etc.], and is authentic. What has happened to us is tantamount to fraud, we feel, and has left us devastated. We will phone Tuesday next week and leave our number. Regards, Mr & Mrs Bell.
