We have had a long hard struggle to ensure that our property has been brought up to the standard that we believe every new housebuyer should be able to expect. We accept that many of our problems were cosmetic, but the sheer volume caused them to be totally unacceptable, along with some very avoidable serious defects.

Beazer advertised that they produced "craftsman built" "superbly finished" homes that were thoroughly inspected at every stage. All we ever tried to do was keep them to that promise! We allege that Beazer purposefully frustrated us beyond belief and that Contractors repeatedly carried on that process, as they did not want to put right their defective workmanship. One Contractor even tried to intimidate us on several occasions by various means, including what we perceived as threats of physical violence! This only made us more determined than ever to get what we had paid for - and we have. Regrettably our website has elicited evidence of similar problems up and down the country.

Our property was exceptionally badly built and whilst the materials used and the original specification were quite acceptable we were let down by appalling workmanship and our problems were exacerbated by the attitude of the incompetent Beazer Homes' Management and numerous Contractors.

BEAZER'S CONTRACTORS say, almost to a man, that they were beaten down on price and did the best they could for the money - their best wasn't good enough in our opinion and if they couldn't do a decent job they should not have accepted the work.
