Dunedin Homes residents in Sandwell say landslides have blocked their road for two years, leaving homes unsellable and driveways inaccessible.

Residents of a Stoke-on-Trent new-build estate face ongoing issues with unfinished roads, broken streetlights and drainage problems, despite moving in five years ago.

Concerning situation at a new build development in Cradley Heath, where a massive landslip has cut off access to twelve £400,000 homes. Residents are now unable to reach their properties by car, while developers and local authorities debate responsibility.
