Dunedin Homes residents in Sandwell say landslides have blocked their road for two years, leaving homes unsellable and driveways inaccessible.

Concerning situation at a new build development in Cradley Heath, where a massive landslip has cut off access to twelve £400,000 homes. Residents are now unable to reach their properties by car, while developers and local authorities debate responsibility.

Gurwinder Singh, a 43-year-old delivery driver, has found himself at the centre of a three-year-long battle over the home he intended to be a sanctuary for his family.
